THE GOOD: There are some parts of this issue where the art looks good. Amilcar Pinna is no doubt the best artist in this issue and he really should be considered to be drawing the full issue in the future. He manages to add a lot with very little details and somehow captures emotions and they come off very strong. The story is fairly good. H'el is a new and interesting villain. When he did to Superboy in Superman #14 is still having ramifications and Superman tries to take care of them. The best...
