Super-Menace is an evil duplicate of Superman. He was an energy-formed duplicate, created by ray shooting after Kal-El's rocket touched a giant spaceship from another universe.

Kal-El's rocket touched a giant spaceship from another universe.
The giant spaceship fired a ray, creating duplicate ship and another Kryptonian baby.
The duplicate ship and its occupant land on an isolated mountain that was the refuge of the criminal Wolf Derek and his wife Bonnie.
With the expression, Holy Mackeral, and then with machine gun fire, Wolf Derek receives the baby from space. The baby easily resists the gunfire.
The two adopt the super baby wanting to turn him into a Super-Outlaw, a stooge, so that Wolf Derek becomes Crime King of the Earth.
They name him Super-Brat first and teach him to hate prison and cops. Super-Brat prevents Wolf Derek's enemies from visiting. One great adventure of the Brat of Steel was to steal a huge gem from a cat-people on another planet.
When he reaches teen-age he is renamed young Super-Bully, promising his parents not to confront or fight with Superboy. But Super-Bully with one super breath, creates fortissimo winds over Smallville. At this stage of his life, the Scamp of Steel discovers he is immune to Kryptonite.
As an adult, he is called Super-Menace. His father Wolf Derek tries to dominate the Crime Syndicate by saying that Super-Menace will kill Superman.
At that moment Super-Menace discovers that he has been part of a plan by Crime Derek since he arrived on Earth. He hears his father call him Freak. Super-Menace angrily jumps up and down the Rocky Mountains with tremendous energy creating a wave of force that draws Superman's attention.
The two begin to fight, after much combat, Superman uses his x-ray vision and verifies that Super-Menace has nothing human inside and is a non-terrestrial force manifested in human form.
Super-Menace after this discovery has moments of memory activated remembering the instant he materialized as a duplicated infant inside a duplicated ship.
Super-Menace even more angrily sucks down Kryptonite meteors with super vacuum breath.
The Kryptonite goes on to kill Superman. Super-Menace ends up remembering his father and what he said, Freak.
Super-Menace with his super vacuum breath buries the Kryptonite meteors.
Super-Menace goes to his home to reunite with his parents, Derek and Bonnie and he begins to revert his form into pure energy, glowing and expanding and ends up killing his parents. Super-Menace ceases to exist as a human by becoming pure force.
