If Shirow's Appleseed isn't hot enough for you, you're sure to sweat in your seat when you read Shadow Star, as the dragon kids expose weaknesses in their abilities, but is it a weakness in the dragons, or the kids? And over in 3x3 Eyes things aren't exactly cooling off, as Pai, Yakumo, and tough-punching Jake get ever closer to the secret of the sacred land. Plus, cutey Pai takes a bath. Meow!
