A political opponent of mayor Shantidas approaches a shady character named Master Blaster to eliminate the mayor! Master blaster sends his hit man, a mutant named 'Grenade' to assassinate the mayor! As fate would have it Dhruv manages to reach the mayor just in time to save him from the lethal attack. The identity of the mastermind remains a mystery as the assassin is in coma.
