I have to disagree with you, Jhazz. In my opinion, Storm is in no way close to the likes of Captain America, Spider Man, Hulk etc. in terms of popularity. Even Cyclops is more important and well-known than her ( and of course there's Wolverine ). She is right up there with Psylocke, Emma, Jean and the other X-gals. That makes her a tier-2 character.

The tier-1 leading ladies of Marvel are Sue Richards, Carol Danvers ( Ms. Marvel) & She-Hulk. Even Black Cat ( who started out as a secondary character in Spider-Man stories ) is more well known than Storm.

Storm's populatiry is getting built up, slowly, but yeah, she simply isnt up there with the likes of Ms. Marvel right now. And her being the Wonder Woman of Marvel is a little far away. Might be possible in the future but definitely not happening right NOW.

You don't need to "see" someone in every page of every comic on a regular basis for them to become famous as an A-list character On their OWN. That is more like shoving a Mary Sue down readers' throats.

Even one well-written book or ongoing story is more than enough to show, or "market" any character. Captain America, Spider Man and Hulk have no need to pop into every comic just to be "seen" from time to time. They're famous for their own stories and teams and are definitely in a class above Storm, sorry.

I think you're asking these questions to continue to pointlessly bump the thread. All of this is common sense. How those two things you compared have anything to do with what I'm saying to you is beyond me. Simply saying you disagree without stating why on page 93 is a pointless bump because you're not advancing the conversation in the thread. Xanni's post isn't a pointless bump or even a bump at all, he made a statement that I responded to and "True" was his further analysis of that point. Your problem wasn't that your response was one word, you're ignoring the difference in what was said and why.
