Let's assume Storm never joined the X-men but joined The Avengers instead since 1975 and also became a leader. Which Avengers member would you pair her up with and why?

But thats because there is the aspect of their powers being as similar as they are (Storm more or less does the same job for the X-Men as Thor does for the Avengers, both tactically and metaphorically). Plus there is that thing about him being a god and her often enough claims or is claimed to be one as well.

Think there would have to be some next level of personality changing for that to work out. Since I can't recall there being a time where Storm has had any high opinions on Peter. Heck she was even highly reluctant to bring Peter to the school despite it being one of Logans last requests.

Spider-man and Storm pairing sounds interesting. I always thought Miles Morales as the product of their pairing.

Storm and Thor - ThOroro. She's ruled by his side in other realities, even being the All-Mother above him. They match oddly well.

Steve Rogers - providing he can show enough respect. Which is likely, he's a good man.
