i seem to remember that storm has done well against bobby. however, me memory is really fuzzy. i am not the biggest xmen guy.

Though while relatively less popular to Storm Bobby isn't that obscure as a character I wouldn't think.

You're right, she is. She's on a level much lower than him. Bobby is canonically classified as an Omega Level Mutant, which makes him a deadly threat to all if he so chooses, Storm is classified as one via writer saying he considers her one in an interview.

Hmm sigh..

First the two haven't really fought against each other per say but in instances where they have clashed Storm came out on top. ALL INSTANCES! Also using Thor as an example is not a good enough reason to assume Storm would lose. One they use applications of their powers completely differently, and two Storm knows how iceman ticks and what he needs for his power to be effective. Storm can simply strip the area Iceman is in of any moisture and he is done.

Hmmm looks like 2015 will not be the year that Storm fans cut back on the famboyism. Maybe next year ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@mistresssobeautiful: it could go either way honestly. They both have showings that can support it going either way. But for those who count storm out as if she isn't a threat is wrong in my opinion.

Especially seeing every time they have fought (whether being possessed or not) storm has won.

As far as what I've seen in comics, Storm has beaten Iceman.

Storm should be omega level too, but even if she removes all the moisture in the area, that won't stop him. She'd have to destroy the earth to do that

@butterflykyss: I have to say that Storm was quite fun in Nightcrawler. I am hoping Claremont keeps her in the next few issue, since she was the only one to break free of his control so far, and has her continuing to help keep Kurt safe while he finds a way to take out the Shadow King. Claremont's leveraging of Storm's powers and her creativity with it is always a treat to have on panel.
