Stilt-Man
Character » Stilt-Man appears in 271 issues.
Costumed villainy and heroism isn't for everybody, Wilbur Day sadly never learned that lesson and found himself being one of the most incompetent villains within the Marvel Universe.

Or he could have become a volunteer firefighter specializing in kitten's out of trees. Kittens only. Cats are for real firefighters.
Phorqe says:
"The Punisher is like the ultimate editing tool for sh--ty villains. He killed two chumps in Civil War that were pretty big goblin rip offs and stilt man, all in the same year. It was a good year."
i wonder who he is going to kill this year any suggestions ?
Well... although Modok looks lame, he was no joke. The man... ummm head... thing, did do his fair share of damage. I'm talking about villains that are just a living joke. Villain's that are so lame, once the writers were done creating them and developing their story, they went on a five week drinking binge to forget about the creation of such a lame character.
The saddest thing about a character like Stilt Man is that when the writers created him, they were seriously trying to create a cool character. There are many other lame characters who were created just for humor from the very beginning. An example is SixPack, the delusional drunk and sometime ally of Tommy Monaghan "The Hit Man" created by Garth Ennis. This poor S.O.B. goes about dressed in home-made superhero garb stinking of urine, ranting on and on about famous heroes he's worked with and villians he's defeated. Of course SixPack is pathetic....he's SUPPOSED to be pathetic. Stiltman equally as lame and even humorous in my opinion, even though he was never meant to be so. His death was the only good thing in that issue of Punisher: War Journal.

The suit was awesome, it was the name that made him so pathetic. The punisher is a killing machine, and no I'm not saying that as if it's a good thing. A character whose only real job is removing villains that writers don't like is a pawn, people love him so much but it's no shock that he's so predictable and badly written.
I care about him. He's awesome. I wish I could reach the top cabinet that easily. BRING BACK STILT MAN!!! R.I.P.
