Background

 It is unknown how old Stephen is or when he assumed the leadership position of the Mystikos Sect. Regardless, Stephen is well-respected among other sects and their leaders and is often asked for assistance when it deals with technology as his sect is the most modernized and rival Stark Industries. 
 

Vampire Gathering

The vampire sects of the world gather once every century. Before the gathering, Stephen was asked by Xarus, son of Dracula to create something for him. His electronics firm managed to make what Xarus asked for and shortly before the gathering, Stephen had assigned the leader of his electronics firm, Brad to become his right hand man.
