A milestone event
The comic has its main points for introducing Hardware and Technique in battle and for the end of the very erratic storyline that doomed this comic.
Its look at the psychology of heroes, such as Hardware, is also good.
However, Hardware and Technique probably confused the heck out of comic fans who are new to them. They probably more expected Gear to appear than those two.
However, all in all its one of the better comics this series, and I can only hope that Static has more appearances later.
For this team, their ending to such a bad plot is noteworthy of five stars, because I had no idea that it was possible for them to actually make it so that this plot won't poison Static's continuity later, aside for the second Sharon.
