The Atlantis Team sets the self destruct in wait for the approaching Hive Ships and a full evacuation is ordered when Colonel Everett arrives with reinforcements, promising even more in four days. He relieves Elizabeth Weir of her post and takes command, he's angry at John Sheppard for what he did to Colonel Marshall Sumner and they get off on the wrong foot. Atlantis is made ready for the imminent attack, battle stations are manned as the Wraith start their attack.
