You know she is an alien and stuff and she didn't know much about the planet at first so she was a fish out of water and it was hard for her to understand a few things

I hope this is Dick in this costume otherwise this looks pretty clueless I find it funny she is kissing a guy while he is dressed like his dad virtually.

Both in my opinion are dumb...Personally, I prefer Dick with Barbara...I can´t imagine a "Batman" with an alien...mmm(That sound a bit rude I know...) But Barbara has brain and body ;D...

Well Starfire is a foreigner so everything is completely different from Tameran. Anybody can feel like that if they were in a different country.

I originally thought starfire was dumb as well, but after going back and reading past comics I’ve come to realize just how smart and underrated kory is. Starfire has a brain she has shown to be very smart in the past, such as; being good at math, science, and understand alien technology. Which I hope one day future writers will explore more upon. However, other writers like to over sexualized her to get more readers, and continue to make her more clueless because of the cartoons.
