    Formerly warrior Princess Koriand'r of the now-destroyed planet Tamaran, Starfire found a new home on Earth and a new family in the Teen Titans. She was once romantically involved with Dick Grayson, and often dealt with hostilities from her older sister Blackfire. Starfire has also served with many other teams such as the Outsiders, Justice League, R.E.B.E.L.S. and Jason Todd's Outlaws.

    Starfire wasn't exactly deep on the cartoon but one-dimensional seems like a compliment now

    She wasn't exactly shallow either, remember you have to keep her relative to the cartoon.

    oh please....Starfire was never anything like her cartoon counterpart...that's such a ridiculous comparison....any kid coming from that cartoon to comics would be severely disappointed in any Starfire appearance

    in the cartoon starfire wasn't anything like the one in the comics to start with though...still it made me kind of laugh.

    If you took the initial W/P Starfire then shaved a few years off her age before arresting her mental development at the stage of her arrivel to Earth, then you could have the toon Starfire in the comics (remember she didnt initially get why she had to wear a bikini at the Tower pool and only did so because Donna asked her to and it took some time for her to get why she couldnt just kill her foes, again only not doing so because Dick told her she couldn't).
     
    But it was a funny...esp with Dummy Dan at the bottom.

    Not really. She wasn't the same, but the people wouldn't really be disappointed with the character.

    this is how she was often portrayed prior to the reboot....as opposed to the very very innocent version of her on the cartoon
