Lets say Padme didn't die in child birth and just went into hiding and became a leader in the rebel alliance. What would Vader do if he found out? Lets say this is somewhere around the time of Star Wars Rebels to a New Hope.

Prob do the same thing he did with Luke and repeat the line "We can rule the galaxy as husband and wife. Make things how we want them". Then it's a repeat of that cringeworthy "You're breaking my heart" scene and Vader force chokes Padme again this time he kills her.

Padmé would try to get Vader to her side, Vader would simply push Padmé aside, butcher 500 rebel soldiers, and explain to his wife that the Rebels cannot win after that demonstration of the Emperor's power. Padmé would eventually get Vader to her side, and the two would embrace, but suddenly the Senator would be hit with 1000 volts of electricity and be burned to the ground. Vader watched in shock as his master, Sidious, came to him, furious. "You idiot, Skywalker." The Dark Lord says, but Vader, in anger goes up to Sidious, pulls one of his arms off, and punches through the master's brain.
