But, before we begin, let's discuss each character and their 5 best feats

Count Dooku

He incapacitates 3 powerful Nightsisters with Force Lightning--while drugged by a powerful substance. Then he chucks them all out a window

Simultaneously, he kicks Anakin Skywalker into a wall, and Force Chokes, then Force Throws Obi-Wan Kenobi into a railing, knocking the powerful Jedi Master out for the rest of the fight.

He lifts dozens of massive stone pillars using the Force, with little difficulty

He sidesteps all of Savage Opress's attacks. Even with little to no training, Savage killed an accomplished Jedi Master and his padawan easily.

When Yoda throws his own lightning back at him, he deflects it. This act is incredibly difficult to perform, and Yoda was the only one currently in the Jedi Order to do so.

Mother Talzin

She could create a lightsaber-resistant Force sword using only Dathomirian Magicks

She could manipulate Force Lightning so powerful that Mace Windu, one of the greatest Jedi of all time, had to dodge it rather than block it with his lightsaber.

While inside of an impenetrable Force Shield, she unleashed deadly Force Lightning that destroyed everything in its path

Using a magick-enhanced voodoo doll, she could torure Dooku halfway across the galaxy. Dooku himself acknowledged that he would die if General Grievous didn't stop her in time.

Finally, last but not least, she was Darth Sidious's first choice for an apprentice (before he met Darth Maul). It was stated that she was near (not equal to, but near) his power level.
