Fifth Brother was an Inquisitor from the Galactic Empire, with the Emperor's instructions, Darth Vader send him and Seventh Sister to deal with the threat of the remaining Jedi who were helping the Rebellion.

Inquisitors are trusted to hunt the remaining Jedi, who have survived the Order 66. They don't have an official rank in the Empire, but usually they are nearly equal to the Imperial Commanders, they were able to tell what they should do, and they can ignore even the commands of the Imperial Admirals, such as Kassius Konstantine. They are under the command of Darth Vader and the Emperor Palpatine only.

The Grand Inquisitor states that the Inquisitors are ''formidable fighters'' due to being former Jedi Knights.

Grand Inquisitor: ''That's hardly fair Vader. The Inquisitors are formidable fighters. They are former Jedi!''

I hate to admit it, but I didn't pay much attention to the Inquisitors in Rebels S2, but you just taught me a lot about the 5th Brother. Thanks. :)

Yeah, I start to think that they aren't lame as people think, surely they aren't skilled as known Jedi Masters, but they aren't entirely fodders as well. They are surely much better than MagnaGuards in terms of dueling, and they have the Force.

Fifth Brother is low key underrated. He's not Second Sister level, but I'd put him at that of Ninth Sister.

Also, it's been confirmed that Fifth Brother will make an appearance in the Kenobi TV Series.
