Jar Jar Binks is the most hated character in the Star Wars universe. He gets a lot of hate. People think he's simply a clumsy Gungan. But there's much more more to it than that. He is, in truth, an evil Sith Lord, Darth Darth Binks, and the only reason Lucas did not reveal him was to avoid more hate from fans. With that said, respect... Darth Darth Binks!
Accolades
The creator of Star Wars, George Lucas, has stated that Jar Jar is the key to all of Star Wars.
"Jar Jar is the key to all of this. We need to get Jar Jar working."
If it weren't for hate from fans, Episode II would be named after Jar Jar.
Physical Abilities
Jar Jar Binks is a healthy Gungan in his physical prime. He has demonstrated many impressive physical feats.
DURABILITY/ENDURANCE/PAIN TOLERANCE
Jar Jar tanks a kick from a droid with little to no consequence.
Jar Jar is hit in the face with the beam of the fastest Podracer in the time for a few seconds, and the only side effect is his tongue going numb for a little while.
Speed
Jar Jar moves in a blur, which clearly surpassed the speeds of Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Jar Jar dodges a blaster bolt from a B1 Battle Droid, and then throws himself to the floor BEFORE a Destroyer Droid can even fire a shot or activate its shields.
Jar Jar dodges multiple blaster bolts from four B1 Battle Droids.

Jar Jar influences the ENTIRE SENATE (hundreds and hundreds of people, some of them probably Mind Trick resistant) into granting Palpatine emergency powers.
Jar Jar compels SIDIOUS into dispatching him to Florrum with Senator Kharrus.
Jar Jar compels Padmé into returing to Naboo in order to defeat Gunray and the Trade Federation.
Jar Jar compels Capt. Panaka into telling Qui-Gon that Padmé wanted to see the planet.
Jar Jar compels Padmé into "not approving" what Qui-Gon was saying.
Force Sense/Farsight/Precognition
Jar Jar senses that Padmé is more than a handmaiden, and thus takes an unusual amount of interest in her.

Force Fear
Jar Jar scares Nute Gunray on multiple occasions, allegedly because the Viceroy thought Jar Jar to be a Jedi.
Now, one may argue this was beacuse the Viceroy feared the Jedi, but The Phantom Menace makes it clear that Gunray thought it was easy to simply poison the Jedi, and then that a bunch of B1 Battle Droids would take care of them. He also thought Jedi were no match for Destroyer Droids, and that they would never be able to cut through the door. So, yeah. Gunray isn't really afraid of Jedi, and he only was fearful of them when Ahsoka jumped at him and held a lightsaber at his neck, but he was in an interrogation cell, not with a bunch of droids watching his back. And it was pretty clear Jar Jar, even if he were a Jedi, was not wielding a lightsaber. Still. Gunray was afraid.
Beast Trick
Jar Jar forms a bond with and tames a big underwater beast from the lakes of Rodia...
and then commands it to attack Gunray and his droids.
Combat Abilities
Jar Jar Binks is a great fighter that can adapt to most situations without difficulty.
Jar Jar uses a cult weapon that he is completely unfamiliar with to kill three of its members.
Jar Jar gets a B1 Battle Droid stuck to his foot, using it as a weapon to shoot the other droids, and using Zui Quan, also known as Drunken fist, to make them miss.
Martial Arts
Jar Jar Binks is excellent at Zui Quan, also known as Drunken Fist. Zui Quan uses staggering and stumbling to make one's movements unpredictable and deceptive, which confuses enemies and, in this case, makes them miss their shots, giving one time to get in close and use old H2H to put an opponent down.
Jar Jar also knows Tai Chi, another martial art, and shows this in his private moments with Queen Julia.
Conclusion
I hope no one has any more doubts about the greatness, power, skill, wisdom, strength, and speed of Darth Darth Binks. He is an uber powerful Force wielder that could make Palpatine or Yoda his slaves, held back by hate. Please respect this legend. ALL HAIL DARTH DARTH BINKS!
