    Who are your real allies?

We know most of what happened to the Jedi and the Galactic Alliance 7 years ago during the Sith Imperial War. But what was going on behind the scenes of the Galactic Empire during that time? Answers are revealed.

    Pros:
Like Noob, Allies is a single issue. However, this takes place during the final hours of the Sith-Imperial War and days before the Jedi massacre on Ossus. The cause of the Sith-Imperial war is revealed to be the work of the Sith.

Nyna is a very interesting character. She was present in the first issue, but didn't have a role. She's a very crafty, intelligent person. It's hard to understand her true motives. It's revealed that she actually saved Emperor Fel from being assassinated by Darth Krayt. Is she really for the Empire or the Sith...or maybe just herself?

Adam DeKraker, who did some artwork for Supergirl (I can't recall what issue(s)) is the guest artist this time around. In a way, his artwork looks average when it comes to drawing faces, but he does a great job with everything else like the clothing/armor and scenery. What also helps bring out his details is the coloring by Ronda Pattison.

    Cons:
In some ways, you could call this issue a filler issue, but unlike Noob, it feels like it's in the right place at the right time. Some of the information we already know like what Darth Krayt killing the impostor emperor, but it serves as balance for new readers.

Overall: Despite not seeing Cade Skywalker, this was a great issue. We probably haven't heard the last of what happened during the Sith Imperial War, but it was interesting to read behind the scenes of what was going on.
