Tomahawk and Dan Hunter are assigned to rescue him but as they are given the orders they meet the colonel's daughter, Sally Raines, who is obsessed with her idea of being a frontier woman. he tells her he doesn't think she has what it takes but she follows them when they leave, complicating their mission.
