I like the initative. But, you got to admit a lot of sucky characters are on it. And that's one of the reasons it was made."
I don't think it was made for sucky characters..the first recruits were all pretty valuable.Now I can't lie and say there aren't alot of BS characters on it...but they don't do anything.I mean when was the last time you saw Toxin..or Frog Man,or Star Sign?
What I meant was that the Initaitave was used to bring a lot of character back from wherever they were. Or create some new ones. Even though some of them could be very questionable.

Well many of them are just meant to be background characters and those doesn't need very awesome powers.

Plus not everyone is an omega level mutant or can Sentry level empower humans it been realistic, they are good actors and then average ones, it doing the same for superheroes which is true and should always be true
