Vulco and his brothers, Joel and Ephram Crow, are the three survivors of the original twelve crow brothers. The brothers, warriors all, fought fiercely against the Adversary's forces and the Crows were instrumental in ensuring the escape of the last ship to leave the Homelands, as the then-surviving seven, armed only with daggers, took on and defeated a pair of dragons who were threatening the fleeing vessel, at the cost of four of their number.
Vulco is known to date Clara, the former dragon turned bird, in his bird form; as well as a fair maiden named, Katrinelje while he is in human form. Vulco runs the I Am the Eggman Diner. He like the many of Fabletown residents, wasn't pleased to have Geppetto as a new citizen and quickly refused to even have him in his store.
