Sensational
This is the best issue of this series so far the only thing better than this issue was the last page of the previous issue. I have really liked this series so far and am happy and sad that it's only 5 issues happy cause 5 is a good number and means it doesn't land up turning into AvX which would have been a much more brilliant series if it was 6-8 issues long and I'm sad as it's near the end.
I really liked this issue and as always I think Bendis writes Spider-Man very well whether he writes other things good is besides the point. I also really like Pichelli's art. This issue was a really more emotional issue than any of the others as 616 (regular universe) Spider-Man meets Aunt May and Gwen Stacy from the Ultimate Universe for the first time. It's nice how there initial reaction is too hit him and call him insensitive not knowing it's true. It was also nice too see May and Gwen be able too be in Peter's presence one last time (even if it isn't the same Peter). I also liked everyone's reaction too what there counter self's were like, like Nick Fury when he found out he was white said he felt sorry for his other self already. The most shocking reaction was MJ's who just looked on from a distance looking very upset.
Final verdict. This has too be one of the best crossover series in a while and any Spider-Man or Ultimate Spider-Man fan wouldn't want too miss it. Same with new readers although it might confuse you it's a great way of getting a taste of both Amazing Spider-Man and more Ultimate Spider-Man too see if you like any of them.
