    so... its about the issue 300 (peter Parker, SPIDER-MAN)

    in this issue Fusion (see pic) rages havoc on spider-man becuase his son died while spider-man was busy doing something else... anyways Fusion has a vendetta and wants to finish it.

    his powers are he can have anypowers from his database (which would be the COMPLETE x-men hulk fantastic 4 and so on)

    sooo...

    heres the 2nd fight

    Which left Spider-man half dead and...

    ... with a BROKEN NECK!

    so back to my question how did spider-man get away or did he even?

    PS: this is NOT the ultimate spider-man

    I don't think it acutally was. Fusion just made him believe it was.

    but still Fusion uses all the powers (hulks The things Reed Richards and what not) to crack open a safe and robe a bank and EVERYONE saw it even on T.V.
