My favorite Marvel character is Cyclops, but Spider-Man is a close second.

I think he is,and everyone recognises it.....he's the character with the most layers from all of them.....(in Marvel)

Yes. He's funny, likable, has a cool costume, interesting supporting cast, and unique powers. He's easily the best character in Marvel imo.

I loved him when I was little but I kinda grew on him when I finally started reading comics and stuff and finding out about other pretty awesome characters but he's still pretty cool though

I thought he was the best character from the 60's to 2006. The 90's were bad, but they were bad for all of Marvel. Then he became an annoying man-child. Peter had a lot of lousy luck, but he was never a loser. The fact that he had so much horrible stuff going on in his life and he was able to retain his honor throughout made him great. I can't say that anymore about him. He's now a clown. I've enjoyed some recent stuff, but it's not the Peter I know at all.

Daredevil is my favorite Marvel character though, but I don't like a lot of the authors who've written him. I only really like the Frank Miller, Brian Michael Bendis, and Ed Brubaker runs.
