Using the IQ test scale, that would mean he would have an IQ between 130 and 144 (mean: 137), which means he is smarter than 97.9% IQ test takers. 1610 universe Peter scored a 145, a level considered genius in the IQ scale, making him smarter than 99.865% of IQ test takers, so 616 should scale to that as well. There's also this community discussion argument that you'd need at least 152 IQ to hack into a super protected computer, and he is able to hack into Stark tech, so I'm also using that for Peter's IQ as well. And then, Spider-Man once was a C.E.O., and of a company as big as the biggest one's nowadays, so it's fair to assume it's at least a 155, and possibly a 180 since he's a Math grandmaster.

I suspect most people have already covered this but yeah Peter is well known to be a scientific genius. He used to only be really smart doing things like customising his webbing and outfits to take on various foes but as his history has been expanded he's been shown to be an expert in various scientific and technological fields.

In battle he's known to be extremely quick witted and able to take advantage of his surroundings.
