Mine is the one where Spidey had to stop bad tuesday from happening with grady from horizon labs. I forgot the name of the story but I think it is Amazing Spider-man #678 - #679
Spider-Man
Character » Spider-Man appears in 17246 issues.
Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider as a teenager, granting him spider-like powers. After the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter learned that "with great power, comes great responsibility." Swearing to always protect the innocent from harm, Peter Parker became Spider-Man.
Favourite Dan Slott Spider-man story?
I'm actually most fond of his Doc Ock story arc leading up to Ends of the Earth. While I'm not that fond of Slott's take on Peter himself, I do really like how he did bring probably one of Spidey's biggest yet most irrelevant villains back to the forefront. The only miss step is the same that happened with Gul Dukat after "Waltz", he had his shining moment of the era but didn't die.
@amazingspiderman15: That story is called "I Killed Tomorrow".
There's a few which could conceivably tie, IMO. It would definitely be close for me between Big Time, No One Dies, New Ways To Die, Ends of The Earth, Superior Spider-Man #14-16, and Worldwide.

There ONLY 2 I will EVER admit to liking from Slott - Spider-Man/Human Torch especially issue #5 and Amazing Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows

The last one he writes.
Other than that Spider-Man/Human Torch and RNV.

Yup.
Although if I had to choose, it'd be big time or superior.
