Spidey does but it's not as good as Wolverine's or Hulk but his healing factor takes a while but it's still impressive

Yes he does. Its nowhere near as good as people like Wolverine's but he has one. Pete has healed from blindness in only a few moments and from gunshots/broken bones overnight.

How effective it is depends on the writer but he does heal "faster" than normal.

Speaking of this question, Spidey doesn't seem to have great durability, does he? I mean, he's been smacked around by Punisher, Kingpin and Daredevil among other normal humans time and time again. Does this have something to do with his confidence level, or is it that his ability to take hits has remained the same? For a guy who can lift 10 tons (or more), a punch from someone who can lift only 400 lbs should barely feel like anything.

Based off spider-mans average durability feats a punch from those people should do nothing. All though for what its worth in punisher warzone #1 spider-man lets punisher hit him and it doesn't do anything. Here are some random feats of durability if you want. Him getting hurt by humans is just bad writing really.

He does have healing factor. The reason he dodges while fighting street thugs is that it's a reactive thing from his spider-sense and because since he has enhanced durability someone could end up breaking their wrist or worse if they actually DID hit him.

If my calculations are right, the time it took spidey to heal from that was

    2 days3 hours51 minutes

Probably a little sooner considering he looked good as new when he left the building and must have taken some time to get back to his apartment. But safe to say we can round it out to about 2 days at least.

Yes he does but it's a over night type of Healing its not as good as Wolverine or Deadpool where its closes up a bullet hole in seconds but its better than ours would be because we take months his takes a night lol
