Does Kingpin know Spider-Man's identity?

During Family Business One-Shot it was known that Kingpin knew of Spider-Man's identity and at the end of the issue he had forgotten after a big fight. Later during Peter Parker, Spectacular Spider-Man #3 it was hinted that he did not forget.

I recently glanced through Daredevil #600 and Kingpin during the last few pages eagerly questions Wesley.

So, what's the catch?

More than likely, there is no catch: just a discrepancy. Charles Soule (the writer of Daredevil #600) was simply unaware of the two earlier instances, or at least of SSM #3.

It could be that Fisk knows there is a connection between Peter Parker and spider-man but doesn't know what that connection is? Or it could be what Morpheus_ said.

Thank you, guys. I have had to question this elsewhere and received the same response.
