    The Story:  Spider-Man is shot while the police were in pursuit of him. With an injured arm he still attempts to stop Menace who knocks him unconscious allowing the police to arrest Spider-Man. Harry Osborn proposes to his girlfriend Lilly. Carlie found a bag full of Spider-Tracers under Vin's bed. The identity of Menace is revealed and Matt Murdock defends Spider-Man in court eventually formulating a plan that springs Spider-Man from prison. In a bonus story, the Chameleon imitates Barack Obama...
