Alright I'm a little confused and an issue/digital only issue.

Are these the exact same issue?

And if it is why is there a #1 in the digital volume at issue 12? I get it continues into that volume but is it an actual separate story?

No, the spectacular spider-girl series is kind of hard to follow since it was both an online only and a print series backup in web of spider-man. The first link is for several of the early issues. The second link is for the limited series which comes after if i remember right the eighth issue and wraps up spider-girl's story prior to spider verse.
