Well... I'm not that flexible. Good news Spider-Lady-Fans! According to Bleeding Cool, The off-and-on love affair with Marvel and Spider-Girl is back on! What do I mean by that? Well, she has a book again! Hurrah M2 Universe fans!

Spider-Girl, is returning in her own monthly title again. Expect an official announcement any day now.

So, watch for the official announcement for the new series! Hopefully, this won't get prematurely canceled like the other two volumes. In other mildly related news, there may be another Spider-Man book coming out!

it looks like that might not be the only Spider book back. Steve Wacker has hinted a Kurt Busiek/Steve Oliffe title in the offing. Busiek/Oliffe are best known for the Untold Tales Of Spider-Man series set around the early apparances of Spider-Man, and sold at a price busting 99 cents.

Maybe Untold Tales will make a come back? Maybe something else just as awesome?

How does Spider-Girl relaunch make you feel? Tingly? How about more Spider-Man action? Also tingly? Is your arm asleep?

I'm not a fan of Spider-Girl. I tried to get into it but Tom DeFalco's writing wasn't very... well, readable. It might have gotten better later, but some of that early stuff was garbage.

I just might start reading Spider-Girl; heard good things about it...Love Pat Oliffe's art! I'll have to track down the trades...Busiek & Oliffe's Spider-Man book was awesome! Priced right, and the stories were great! I didn't really care for Busiek's Amazing Fantasy mini-series, though...But Untold Tales was fantastic!

good for her fans. theyre some of the most dedicated ive ever seen to any character.

though series aside, truth is its been running for quite some time now, it was just published
in Spider-Man Family and Web.

No, she wasn't. Spider-Girl is part of MC2. 616 retcons don't effect MC2, so even though Peter and Mary-Jane were never married and never got pregnant, that's still the history for MC2. While additions to the 616 universe CAN effect the MC2 universe, continuity does not.

Spider-Girl was a series I always thought had potential which was never realized, thanks to choppy writing. It's the comic equivalent of "American Dad".

I'm not really into Spider-Girl..It seemed like they tried to make it too cute instead of a serious hero comic.I hope that when it comes back it will be more worth the read because Marvel isn't doing much with female heroes.

spider-girl series is already happening in web of spiderman if anyone read it. this isnt that big a deal

and untold tales of spiderman is annoying with all its retconns. and any new spiderman book will probably screw up continuity. they should just expand the current book to four issues a month instead of three.

Spidergirl has always been my favorite come series and I am happy for the series to come back to a longer format. Even though Tom and Ron did a great job on the 17 page format. They still deserve May Parker to be on more pages.

I never got into the M2 books but started Spider-Girl around issue 75 (of her first series). I liked it. I'm happy to see her return. The series also earned points by having Hobgoblin in several issues.

This is my favorite comic charecter of all time and i am happy for Tom Defalco and Ron Frenz. I can wait to read more Spidergirl and this time in her own book and not Web of Spiderman

Too bad A-Next/Darkdevil/616 characters aside, they're all pretty lame.

Don't get me wrong, though. I'm all for Spider-Girl having her own book. At her best, she's very entertaining.

I hear American Dream should be making an appearance soon.

Yeah, American Dream is supposed to be in #1 of this new series from what I just read on Marvel.com, so that's cool! :D But I did like A-Next, hope Marvel tries to do more with the MC2 Universe.

Hey I'm just glad some part of the Spider-Marriage is intact somewhere in the Marvel Universe, even if it's not cannon in the main Spider-Man titles (which I believe it should always be to mess with history of a character by saying he makes a deal with the Devil to be single is just a way to show how flawed he is, when shouldn't he at least be more responsible to saving every one as best he can. Even if he loses his Aunt May, he still has her in essence in his hunt for little May.), I started picking up May's collected trades back in early March. I also have a spotlight on her at my own blog site called "What ever had happen to Peter Parker's LOST kid part one" I'm working on part two as we speak. All just to cite myself up for her upcoming comic adventures.... This also PROVES Marvel still cares about Spider-Man's Married life even IF THEY DON'T WANT TO ADMIT IT....
