    The wandering Moon reaches a strange, new planet. Life seems to be absent, except for a female human who seduces Alphans into joining a new, "perfect" life of complete satisfaction as worshippers of "the Great Guardian". Although most Alphans fall to this temptation, Commander Koenig is able to see it for what it is: a state of living death.
