Slipping back to old problems
This one of those comics that is best to ignore or be use to show that this series is far from being perfect. I can find a reason or an excuse to make getaway of things they did but this is just plain dumb.
The main story deals with the Freedom Fighters being poisoned by eating food from a Robotnik owned restaurant. Let me Reliterate, The Freedom Fighters walked to an area that any organic living being there will be roboticized or die and they purchased and eat food from a restaurant that shows to be owned by tyrannical dictator with minions are mostly robots both that are out to kill them. Not one of them had a second thought that it could be a trap. I know they rely on Sonic a lot but they should know better. This is 33 issue they should have grew out of this phase already.
The next story is added on and can be easily skip it showed shadowed character spying on knuckles stating he will reveal himself soon showing small revealing of himself in the comic. I will answer who he is if anyone asked.
Third story is the freedom fighters playing hockey and Snively want to play so he brought swatbots. Sniveily saying since games are forbidden he grew weary for capturing the Freedom Fighters and just want to play a friendly game, and hockey is favorite game. It is childish but it shows snively can be good as he did not want this good moment to be ruin by Robotnik as he rooted for the Freedom Fighters to win, and the Swatbots are skilled at playing hockey. Out of three stories this is the better of the two even though it was showing how Sonic is better.
This comic is not enough to worth buy just to glimpse and add a few useless facts. Trust me there great issue of sonic comics, so do not be discourage by this one. This could make someone not a fan of the series.
