    HISTORY

Ty-Gor befriends some Dead-End Kids who teach him to fish from a dock. Not understanding the concept of sharing, the jungle boy takes both fishing poles. The boys walk away as Slits Mori returns to recover stolen loot previously sunk in the water.

Slits tries to run Ty-Gor off, but the boy fights with the thug. Ty-Gor slips in the water. Slits assumes the child drowned and takes up the fishing rod. He uses the rod to attempt to hook the chest of treasure from the water, but Ty-Gor hooks it to a bucket instead and pulls the chest out of the water to the lower platform of the dock.

Mori sees the leg of the jungle boy and shouts down to Ty-Gor. Ty-Gor sneaks up from the other end of the dock behind Mori, who is brandishing a gun. The boy pushes Slits into the water, but Slits shouts that he can't swim.

Ty-Gor rescues Mori. Ty-Gor's truant officer arrives with two police officers to find Ty-Gor sitting on the subdued Slits. Ty-Gor rushes off with the truant officer in pursuit while the police officers arrest Slits Mori and recover the chest of loot.

In the home of Joan and her father, Dr. Davis, they hear a radio report detailing Ty-Gor's adventure. They find the jungle boy asleep in bed.
