He and his partner are the personal bodyguards of a Dictator of a small country. Like most of the mercenaries, he doesn't have any sense of mercy. He once crushed a baby in front his mother without even blinking. He died in the final assault against Tommy and his group.

Skull possessed a superhuman strength, capacity of flight, laser vision and a superhuman resistance, even so, he did not survive for much time after a direct shot of the barrel of a tank.
