Sinthea strongly followed her fathers footsteps and constantly tried to impress him until his defeat by the revived Captain America. This event caused Sinthea entire face to be burnt and resembling her fathers appearance. Mentally unstable and now seeking a new course in life, Sinthea proceeded to take the role as the new Red Skull and set her future goals on being the better evil than her father.
