Milhouse is a nerdy boy out of the Simpsons who sometimes tucks his shirt in underwear. He is a huge fan of comics and once owned Radioactive Man #1 with Bart and Martin.
Nick is a quack physician (although he claims to be "just as good as Dr. Hibbert"), and a satiric reference of doctors trained in dubious medical schools.
