It's one of the major Marvel events that I didn't get a chance to read. I was a massive fan of the Dark Reign saga, but I'm unsure if Siege will live up to its potential from the various people I've spoken to.
 
What are your personal opinions?

Its worth it if only to burn in your back garden

It was so so, had a few good moments but as a whole it just fell flat.

He owed the whole event until he made Thor kill him

If you enjoyed Dark Reign, then reading Siege is something you should do just to see how it ended. Nothing unpredictable, and you can get the same result from looking it up, but still. I personally liked it. The art made the battle look cool.

Buy it, though if you want it get both Dark Reign and Siege given they're 2 parts of the same story.

Ares' noble death. That's worth it.

if you liked dark reign it's worth reading, but get it from your local library.... if you have one. BUT IMO it is not worth buying

Its worth it. Its not great but its ok.
