    Thunderbolts Disassembled

    The Story:

Norman Osborn sends the Thunderbolts to take out the Agents Of Atlas. Later he calls them to the battle at Asgard to retrieve a sacred object.

    My Thoughts:

Jeff Parker jumps aboard this series for this installment. Not at all ironic that it would involve the Agents Of Atlas, another comic book series he writes. The Thunderbolt roster currently consists of ruthless killers so to say this is an action packed comic is an understatement. Things do get a little interesting when the Thunderbolts face off against the Agents Of Atlas. That fight was probably my favorite part about this comic. The second fight taking place at Asgard was pretty cool as well. But by the time that fight started, I was starting to become a little bored with this comic. I think a lot of it is due to the characters. You're either going to like them or not. Personally I could care less about any of them. If they all died next issue I'd be fine with it. I think some have the potential to be something more, but odds are they wont be around for much longer.

I liked the last two pages a lot. Luke Cage and Jessica Jones are talking while looking at The Raft. It appears Luke Cage will be involved in the future of the Thunderbolts in some capacity.

The artwork was drawn by Miguel Sepulveda. Not familiar with him prior to this but he did an outstanding job. The artwork truly suited this series perfectly. Its darker tones reflect the personalities of the team members. All the action and mayhem was displayed nicely.

I'd only recommend this if you're a fan of these characters. They're not popular characters and if you know nothing about them it will make it difficult to get into. It's not the best jumping on point for this series. If you're interested in reading this series I'd recommend beginning further back to when these members first joined the team.
