The action continues in "The Kobra Kronicles Part 5: Big Black Smoke," as Dr. Light joins Peacemaker, Deathstroke and Katana to invade Kobra's Japanese headquarters, written by Mike Baron and drawn by Cary Nord and Jose Marzan, Jr. The Martian Manhunter faces a new kind of urban tragedy in the final story, written by Len Wein, with art by Stuart Immonen and Robert Santiago. The Huntress – Armageddon

Continuing from last issue, the Huntress is after survivalist Walker Stone, who has just purchased a large amount of military-grade weapons, and who had just murdered his own son. Batman Jean-Paul Valley is also on Stone’s trail, and both of them head into the snow-filled wilderness to stop his survival group into becoming a resistance cell. While their methods differ slightly, both ruthless heroes stop the survivalists, and Huntress gains vengeance for Stone’s son David.

The Kobra Kronicles, Part 5: Big Black Smoke

Kobra has brought a captured Deadshot back to his island operation, where we see his plan to put special equipment into televisions designed to drive people mad. Kobra has tricked Dr. Light into helping defend the island, out of the interests of Japan. Peacemaker, Deathstroke, and Katana assault the island. Peacemaker infiltrates the island, while Dr. Light battles Katana and Deathstroke. In the end, Kobra gets the drop on Peacemaker, and Dr. Light captures Katana and Deathstroke.

Martian Manhunter – Help Me Make It Through The Night

While on a mission to purchase Oreos, Martian Manhunter comes across a grocery store robbery. While he succeeds at stopping the robbery, he does not succeed in getting the last package of Oreos. Finding out the Oreos were stolen, Manhunter tracks down thief: an old woman. The woman had been all but abandoned by her rich son, while she is forced to steal food. While expressing her anger over the situation, the old woman has a heart attack. Ad a dying gift, the Manhunter transforms into her son for one last goodbye.
