    Proper Japanese Title: 少年KING

    After the long-running Weekly Shonen King was ended in 1982, Shonen King started a few months later to take its place but now it was a bimonthly. The magazine published many of the same creators as its weekly version and lasted until 1988 when it was replaced by its own spin-off magazine Young King.

    The numbering is presented in a YYYYNR format since the numbering is restarted every year.
