Shockjock is a minor criminal that comes into conflict with the Thing when he robs a horse track. The Thing decided to take his nephew, niece and Lockjaw to the horse races in New Jersey so he can spend some quality time with them. Their day is interrupted when Shockjock decides to rob the race track. The Thing has Lockjaw teleport his nephew and niece to Attilan while he tackles Shockjock. The criminal is pleased to take on the Thing because this is his chance to make a name for himself. Shockjock nearly electrocutes the Thing until Lockjaw appears and rips his power source from his back. The Thing quickly recovers and slams Shockjock into the ground.
Power Suit:
Shockjock wears a powersuit that provides him enhanced strength and the ability to shock his enemies with electricity. His suit is surrounded by a terawatt field that shocks his enemies anytime he is struck.
