    Overview

    Shiver is one of the minions of Mandelbrot. He was the first choice of assassins sent to kidnap Alec Wagner.
     
    He came to Earth with the Rat of the Apocalypse. Commander Hazard came to Alec's aid and she faced Shiver while Alec distracted the Rat. Since no one can look upon Shiver's face, Hazard fought him blindfolded. She put up a good fight but was defeated by Shiver. 
     
    As Shiver was about to land the killing blow, Alec arrived to aid her. He used stadium lights to distract Shiver and Hazard was able to run her sword through him. He disappeared and it is unknown if he was killed or simply returned to his dimension.
     

    Powers and Abilities

    Shiver's true face cannot be looked upon. Doing so will put you under Shiver's control. 
     
    Shiver also carries a sword and is an excellent swordsman.
