Bounty hunter Shexie Meiren has sped off in search of her next target - an assassin named Ke Ci who has been hired by the Liu Mang Triad to kill Governor Zhe. As she begins her investigation, the ruthless Liu Mang puts his pieces into play in preparation for the Governor's public speech, where Ke Ci is to make his hit. Shexie has less time than she realizes to put a stop to the assassination... and get paid.
