The movie begins with Sherlock Holmes taking a cultist into custody his name is Blackwood. Sherlock Holmes later gets invited to another case relating to the cultist killer that the British police executed for practicing Black Magic. Blackwood supposedly rose from the grave with the use of Black Magic. Holmes wishes to prove this wrong. Blackwood seemingly has great magical power after he has returned. He killed a man in his bath tub by doing nothing, and made a man spontaneously burst into flames. Holmes later discovers the plot but the police take him into custody as his partners escape; Holmes escapes easily though. Holmes finds out that Blackwood planed to kill many with a chemical weapon. It gets disarmed. It is later revealed how Blackwood really killed his victims. Sherlock fights Blackwood and wins.

Better than expected. 0

I went and saw this movie a while ago and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The acting was really quite good especially Robert Downey Jr he really did glue me to the screen and I didnt want to miss one moment of him, he did an excellent job of Sherlock Holmes. The story itself was fairly good and had a really great ending to wrap up the movie. London really came to life in this movie and really looked excellent. I know that a lot of people saw the trailer and might not like the fact that t...
