    Sheeva is one of the very few known female Shokan and is also particularly strong and vicious. Her rise to fame and power started when she got appointed as the official bodyguard of Queen Sindel. She often clashes with her enemy and rival the Centaurian Motaro competing for the favor of Outland's emperor Shao-kahn.

    In the alternate universe where Queen Sindel suffered a mysterious death in earthrealm Sheeva is now the master jailor of Shao-kahn's dungeons.


    Sheeva was created by John Tobias as a playable character in the third installment of the game series Mortal Kombat.

    Powers and Abilities

    Super-human Strength: She possess enough physical strength to rip a grown human apart with her bare hands.

    Blast Power: She has the power to shoot fireballs out of her hands.

    Expert Fighter: She has deep knowledge of hand to hand combat as well as fighting with weapons.

    The second movie in the Mortal Kombat movie series features an appearance by Sheeva, she is played by Marjean Holden.


    Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm

    Sheeva had a small appearance in the animated series Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm where she was voiced by Dawnn Lewis.
