It is revealed in She-Hulk #100/#3 that Jen once distracted and destroyed a cadre of alien villains by distracting them with a Janet Jackson style wardrobe malfunction. Her cup size is not specified, however in that issue, court testimony reveals that her breasts are the largest in the Marvel Universe.
Or as former Avengers writer Roger Stern put it when describing her, "She's green, strong and smart...and she has a balcony big enough to do Shakespeare from!"
First of all, it is a valid question. Its not stupid. Some of the answers in this thread are, though.
The first thing you need to understand about breasts is that there are two parts to a bra. You have the band and the cup. Marvel has stated that She Hulk actually has the largest breasts in Marvel. They are not saying that because she is thrusting down to her navel, its surface area.
Standing at 6'7, compared to most Marvel women's stance at 5-foot-nothing, means that a D cup at her height is considerably larger than a D cup from say, Wasp or Mary Jane.
However, her band would be much, much larger than 34, or even 40. She's probably nearing something like a 50 or 60DD. Remember the formula for bras is measuring the circumferance of the chest under the breasts, and then the same over the widest part of the breasts, and the difference is where you get the cup size. So in terms of weight and inches of surface area... Jennifer is very large. But if you were to take her at a height of other Marvel women, she'd easily be beaten by characters like White Queen.
And before anyone makes a snarky comment about a thread about breasts, take a moment to consider the legion of far dumber threads that existed.
