    After being shot by mobsters, Jennifer Walter received a life-saving blood transfusion from her cousin Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk. Due to Banner's irradiated blood, Jennifer gained the ability to transform into the Sensational She-Hulk. She is a recurring member of the Avengers.

    In 1980 she debuted in her own comic,Savage She-Hulk #1.Sadly her comic was cancelled.But she's still around and I still love her as a character.Also for Women's History Month,Marvel will be launching "Girl Comics" which will be a 3-issue anthology starring Marvel's female superheroes.

    I wish they hadn't cancelled her comic.It's like,sure they are doing the "Girl Comics" thing but that is only 3 issues.If she stops appearing in Hulk..I won't be able to see her :(

    @Vance Astro: You never know she might get another comic in the near the future. She-Hulk is still a pretty popular character and if nothing else we can hope for her to appear in other comics. I for one would absolutely love to have her grace the pages of the Fantastic Four again.

    seriously one of the freshest out there. and when they say there wasnt enough strong
    female super heroes, 30 years, proof is in the pudding. i was so sad when the last book ended.
    i looked foreward to its originality every month. hopefully that wont be for too long.

    though if it so happens that Mighty gets rebooted i would rather she was there,
    as they need someone to replace Hercs muscle as it is. plus she would get better
    written that way.
