After being shot by mobsters, Jennifer Walter received a life-saving blood transfusion from her cousin Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk. Due to Banner's irradiated blood, Jennifer gained the ability to transform into the Sensational She-Hulk. She is a recurring member of the Avengers.
@GrimmjowUchiha: the order in which these things happen explains everything.
First she never knew about Tony's involvement with her cousins exile. Second they hooked up after Hulk was exiled and before the Civil War consumating their love during the Civil War when she choose his side. After the events of World War Hulk, she learns of her cousins betrayel by Stark, and subsequently goes after him to get some answers, this is when she is how you say, compromised by Tony.
So its not like she slept with him out of bad judgement, she just didn't know the enemy she laid with.
@ohtru: She didn't sleep with Juggernaut, it was a She-Hulk from an alternate universe. The She-Hulk that served Juggernaut in a legal capacity, and serviced in a not so legal capacity, in Uncanny X-Men #434 was from Earth A as revealed in She-Hulk Vol 2 #21. In the images we see Jennifer Walters asking whether Earth-A She-Hulk slept with Juggernaut.
@grimmjowuchiha As for the question of why She-Hulk slept with Tony Stark when he was involved in the exile of her cousin the answer is simple: she didn't know. At the time when she slept with him (She-Hulk Vol 2 #17) she was unaware of his involvement with the Hulk and so had no reason to not sleep with him; she wanted to and he wanted to so they did. Both the She-Hulk and Tony Stark are well known to be a very sexual characters so it's not really any surprise that they ended up in bed together. And why shouldn't they? They were both single and wanted to. I suppose a question can be asked of Tony's morality as he slept with her knowing what he had done to her cousin, but as for why she slept with him, to the best of her knowledge he was just another guy. A friend. When she found out what he has done she then confronted Tony (She-Hulk Vol 2 #18) and I think it's clear to say that with the way she felt about him at this point she wouldn't have slept with him again, especially as seen as he then injected her with nanites that took away her powers.
