    Can she transform? i have seen this a couple of times, in different marvel shows, however i was under the impression she was always large and green

    She transforms. She just rarely goes around as a normal human.

    For a long time there she thought she couldn't transform back to Jen Walters. That is until she spent some time near Jack of Hearts when they were both Avengers, turns out it was just a mental block keeping her from becoming a weak human again. So now she changes back and forth at will.
